Dave Giguere founded BR&C Inc. in 1993, completing over that span a wide variety of studies in support of business and scientific advancement, and public relations effectiveness. He has performed secondary & primary research and analysis, led specialized research teams, written comprehensive sourced analyses on deadline, and edited bulletins on the business impact of emerging trends in science and technology, sociology and government.
Before he started Boston Research & Communications, Inc., Mr. Giguere was a newspaper journalist, concentrating on general assignment and business reporting, including aerospace and defense, as well as banking. Over 17 years, he served several newspaper enterprises, including Gannett and Times Mirror. His bylined articles ran in the suburban Journal-Inquirer (CT), The Hartford Courant, the Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times-Washington Post News Service. Professional recognition included reporting awards from the Society of the Silurians in New York and the Society of Professional Journalists, Sigma Delta Chi. He holds a B.A. from St. Bonaventure University and has pursued additional study at the University of Massachusetts.
Sarah W. Gage

Sarah W. Gage has over nine years’ experience managing primary and secondary research projects for BR&C, in addition to leading all business development efforts. Her industry portfolio encompasses automotive, food and beverage, office products, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial planning, insurance and banking.
She is the company’s lead for secondary and social-media research & analysis, manages ongoing engagements for industry monitoring, and helps refine and guide specific research efforts.
Prior to joining BR&C, Ms. Gage was the Managing Director of Gage & Company, a boutique executive search firm serving financial institutions. She also worked as a Senior Associate in PwC’s Financial Advisory Services Group in Los Angeles, where she directed a number of complex business research, economic damage, and investigative projects. Ms. Gage received a B.A. in History from Middlebury College in Vermont and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in California.
